Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026.
These terms are between you and Ali Kara, an individual based in Canada, who runs FPLWise. Contact: support@fplwise.com. Orders are sold through Link (Link, LLC), our merchant of record; for help with an order, see Link support.
The service
FPLWise provides forecasts and planning tools for personal fantasy-football decisions. Forecasts are uncertain. Points, rank, profit and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own team decisions. FPLWise is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
Who can use it
The free service is for people aged 13 and over. Paid plans are for people aged 18 and over, and you confirm that before you pay. Do not enter your Fantasy Premier League password anywhere in the service. We never ask for it.
Your licence to use it
We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use FPLWise for your own fantasy-football decisions. We keep all rights in the service, including its forecasts, software, design and name. You may not scrape the service, copy or republish its forecasts in bulk, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
Accounts and fair use
Keep your sign-in links and access tokens private. Do not share your account, resell the service, get around usage limits or automate excessive requests. Limits and queues protect the service near deadlines. A public FPL team ID does not prove that you own that team.
If you break these fair-use rules, we may limit, suspend or end your access. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why by email first. If we end a paid plan because of your breach, we do not refund the current period. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@fplwise.com and we will look again.
Subscriptions and payment
Payments are taken by Stripe (Managed Payments). Link, LLC is the merchant of record: you buy through it, and your card statement will show LINK.COM*. Prices, taxes, billing interval and renewal amount are shown before you pay. Creating an account does not start a charge or a subscription.
Founding members pay the founding price (£25 / €29 / $29 / C$45, in your currency) and keep that price at renewal for as long as the subscription continues without a break.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken after you cancel. You get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, and a full refund within 14 days of the renewal date of an annual or founding subscription. Monthly renewals are not refundable. We email you a reminder about 7 days before an annual or founding renewal. The details are on the refunds and cancellation page.
Changes to the service
We may change or stop features. If we make a material change to a paid subscription, we will give you reasonable notice before it applies, and you can cancel before it does. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or by a notice on the site. Material changes come with reasonable notice before they apply. If you keep using FPLWise after a change applies, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the service and cancel.
Limits on our liability
FPLWise gives estimates, not promises. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for how your fantasy team finishes, including points, rank or prizes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not take away the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, including in the UK and the EU.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We delete account data 30 days after account deletion, except billing records that we must keep for the legal period. Those are mostly held by Link, LLC.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
